Every couple of years I get a makeover. A new haircut, new wardrobe essentials (toss the stinky socks with holes) and most importantly, a new website! That’s right, my digital world gets a salt scrub and bikini wax, too.
This year, my team and I, including our awesome developers and designers, are proud to launch what we think is the best version of my website ever. Why? Because it’s all about YOU. Your needs. Your desires. Your support. We’ve taken all your valuable feedback and comments over the past couple of years and created a simple yet powerful home for our beloved community.
So, without further ado… Welcome to the new Kriscarr.com!
This new hub was designed to make it easier for you to navigate the world of wellness—better functionality, search abilities and the list goes on. We hope our new site fills your life with more joy and knowledge. Take a look and enjoy all this site has to offer.
But before you zoom around, we need you. We’re currently in brainstorming mode, thinking about the year of content ahead and lining up all the goodness we want to share with you, but we don’t want to do that in a bubble. Let’s be honest, sometimes an article goes up and it’s a party in the comment section, other times it’s crickets.
At the end of the day, I research and write these blogs for you. I’m dedicated to creating content that will truly change your life. I know what it’s like to have to wade through gobs of information to get the gem. And I also know what it’s like to struggle and be frustrated when you need comfort and solutions. This site is my way of delivering ease at your fingertips. I want you to feel heard and loved and to have killer smarts so you can kick ass on your wellness journey.

Elegant new style & still with your warm delivery. You asked for input you got it! Things I’ve craved more of: Shortcuts (energy is minimal-tips to make things easier but still healthy always help). Infographics (I’m thinking of the protein needs page-easy, clear reference is SO helpful). Finally, I want a local Kris Carr support group! Not sure if you could do it through meetup, or draw up some guidelines/activities & then hold trainings for facilitators, but it would be gold to have a group of people to bounce ideas off with this nutrition stuff, cook with & even share ingredients! It’s just me and my husband and I find a lot of the alternative flours, nuts, seeds and other stuff come in containers that are too large for me to finish before I become concerned they’re not useable anymore. Thanks sharing your journey.

Please don’t forget your readers with cancer. Since 2012 when I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma you have been my inspiration. I long to hear your thoughts about The Truth About Cancer documentary. I’ve been telling myself for 3 years “If Kris can do it I can do it” — conquer my cancer, at least conquer the fear. I am a 64 yr old family physician and grandmother. I love you very much. Thank you for all you do.

Your new website design is awesome, Kris…..and know the content will continue to ever be that as well. ….4 Ways to follow your delight? I just returned from a retreat. I was able to have a one-on-one with a Master Teacher. Her “prescription”, in short, for me, from this day forward? To live and choose full out from my JOY. Then I open this and read about living and choosing from “delight”…. and I thank you for reaffirming exactly what I need to know!!
Well designed and fresh! I really love how easy it is to find posts and to go into the different pages and easily scroll down to visually find something, or by reading the bold titles. Its nice to be able to go into the site and easily find a post that came first in the form of an email. Pictures are great and so are the colors and fonts. And of course all of the wonderful information. I love seeing videos that include Lola and Buddy. I hope they make appearances often. Congratulations, I know this is not an easy thing to pull off! Yeah Team Crazy Sexy!!

Website looks amazing! I would really love to know which, if any, hair colors are safe to use and provide comparable coverage to salon brands. I also seem to have mild neurofibromatisis but don’t have it in my family at all. It is supposed to be hereditary so I was wondering if pesticides, chemicals increase the occurrence of this disorder and there is any way to reduce the occurrence of tumors. Thanks! You are an inspiration!

I am watching your vintage crazy sexy miracles collection. So inspired by you and Gabby. This was my first year attending and I look forward to next year. I think it was last year, you two talk about just pausing. Stop holding on and just surrender. I am using your love notes and May Cause Miracles to create that calm in the midst of the chaos. I first saw you speak at a Hay House Ignite weekend in New York City a few years ago. I signed up for the event to see Wayne Dyer and Louise Hay speak. Love and follow them both for years. Seeing you was an unexpected delight. Love your passion, humor and knowledge of wellness. I am currently in IIN because of you and my life is changing in so many ways.
