Hiya Gorgeous!
Every couple of years I get a makeover. A new haircut, new wardrobe essentials (toss the stinky socks with holes) and most importantly, a new website! That’s right, my digital world gets a salt scrub and bikini wax, too.
This year, my team and I, including our awesome developers and designers, are proud to launch what we think is the best version of my website ever. Why? Because it’s all about YOU. Your needs. Your desires. Your support. We’ve taken all your valuable feedback and comments over the past couple of years and created a simple yet powerful home for our beloved community.
So, without further ado… Welcome to the new Kriscarr.com!
This new hub was designed to make it easier for you to navigate the world of wellness—better functionality, search abilities and the list goes on. We hope our new site fills your life with more joy and knowledge. Take a look and enjoy all this site has to offer.
But before you zoom around, we need you. We’re currently in brainstorming mode, thinking about the year of content ahead and lining up all the goodness we want to share with you, but we don’t want to do that in a bubble. Let’s be honest, sometimes an article goes up and it’s a party in the comment section, other times it’s crickets.
At the end of the day, I research and write these blogs for you. I’m dedicated to creating content that will truly change your life. I know what it’s like to have to wade through gobs of information to get the gem. And I also know what it’s like to struggle and be frustrated when you need comfort and solutions. This site is my way of delivering ease at your fingertips. I want you to feel heard and loved and to have killer smarts so you can kick ass on your wellness journey.
So now it’s your turn: We would be super grateful if you took a moment to let us know what you would like more of, whether it’s deeper discussions about specific health issues, answers to your safe and fabulous beauty questions, soulful conversations about the inner struggles we all face, or tips for getting your dreams off the ground. Some of the articles we post actually take months to research so the more prepared we are, the higher the quality I can deliver.
Tell me what you want to see at KrisCarr.com in 2016 and I will do my best to make it happen.
Thank you so much for being the fuel and inspiration for the work we do.
Peace & digital makeovers,
Hi I’m a working mum (a&e nurse) work 13 hour shifts and I’m a single mum to a school going boy… I need tips on easy meals kids would eat and that I can bring to work with me, healthy snacks I can have in work without resorting to the biscuits left on the canteen table!!!
I would love to have content relative to caring for your self as you age and deal with body breakdowns( I currently have a shoulder injury). How to truly nurture your self and stay healthy. Also, topics on how to be a strong leader, whether at work or in the community. Leading with integrity and love.. Can you tell I’ve been promoted at work? ?
Kris,
The site looks great – free of clutter, easy to navigate and find info, and featured topics are the focus on the page.
I want to take the opportunity to say how much I appreciate your newsletters, with all the great information and especially the inspiration and joy you give in your messages. You make me smile on a regular basis.
As an old woman who grew up before the internet was even invented, I embrace this technology because of what people like you bring to it. I am grateful to see your happy face and receive your sweet hello messages to us.
I work at a university, and I wish so much that our young women could see what you are teaching. Our wellness center posts monthly info sheets on various mental, physical, and social health topics for college students in the bathroom stalls of the women’s rooms. (Maybe the men’s rooms too have messages, but I have not asked my male co-workers what’s in there :)) It’s a great way to get this kind of info out to students.
My office is in an academic building, so I see a lot of students every day. When I see your inspirational, uplifting messages to (especially our young) women, I am always tempted to post you on the mirrors in the ladies room. That may sound like a silly location, but it’s actually a useful venue. I think girls, young women need to hear more about how they are special just as they are and how to realize their potential.
I like lots of stuff you do on the site but probably the thing I like the most is when you do health comparisons on products, like healthiest good lipsticks. That sort of thing.
I would be thrilled to see some ideas on how to take care of yourself–ie. supplements, beauty items, organic foods/ healthy foods–on a budget. Thank you for everything you do to help us live better, healthy lives!!!
Im disappointed, ive been turning people onto your recipes, since i discovered it while researching recipes for my husband who ultimately died of his cancer. In that experience i started understanding nutrition, your recipe web site enticed several of my friends to reconsider what they were putting in their bodies, the picture and items used were a whole change in the kitchen and approach to how to cook or not cook food, mreplacements for dairy like the cashew creme recipes….none of that is here anymore, very sad, cant reference or share….this is just another website, selling products…..disappointed for sure with the lack of recipes with the new site. ……thanks for the year with them….
Hi Pat: I’m not sure what you mean. The recipe section is here: https://go.kriscarr.com/recipes/ kc
great site! i’ve been following you since crazy sexy cancer. because you KNOW PEOPLE. maybe doing a post talking about hsct, a procedure that can help several ai diseases? at 35 i was in a nursing home and wheelchair because of my aggressive rr ms but was lucky enough to go to northwestern and have hsct because i had run out of options. i try to spread the word but it’s hard so i made a video but still, i feel like people will listen to YOU! see my short story and this can help people with ra, ms, etc. https://vimeo.com/130065935

Awesome! I love it!! & I love to hear about all of the above!! xoxo
Thank you for all the work you do in order to provide so much useful information: blogs on the cleanest care products, the Love Notes (my favorite), and the incredible recipes, especially juices. I have shared much of this information and your website with my acupuncturist, who, in turn, passes it along to other her other patients who are at various points in their cancer journeys.
You’re doing such a great job, it’s hard to think about what else to include, but from my own research, I’m finding how important an integrative approach is in creating an environment inhospitable to cancer: nutrition, meditation, yoga, prayer, but perhaps most important, getting releasing anger, resentments, basically reframing our relationships. You’ve touched briefly on these topics in the Love Notes — gossip, priorities — maybe a little more in-depth on these important topics. Thank you for all you do.
So excited to see your website! Looking great!
I like the new site! Congrats on the makeover. I would love to hear your thought on essential oils.
Chris your not only gorgeous and brave but above all an excellent human being. My self is a doctor of medicine you have just inspired me. Love from India. With best of wishes.God bless you.
Hiya Gorgeous Yourself!
I just found your website and it is a joy! While it is wonderful to have so much information at our finger tips, what really lifts my day are your videos. It would be great to see and hear from you each week. Maybe just a quick quote or statement of encouragement or tip/story to give a lift up to everyone. Your voice is so strong, confident and joyful and it comes from such a pure knowing of the crap life can throw out but that we don’t have to swallow. Just to hear it touches something inside me that knows too, but hearing the strength in your voice helps me to be brave enough to find the way when I may be struggling. Thanks for all your are doing!
You have a lovely website and it’s very easy to navigate. Thank you for all that you and your team do!
Nice, you’ve done something special, that will enable others to live a full filling life.remain nice.
First off it’s gorgeous! Congrats. I own two of your books and am now having a blast checking things digging deeper online. I think the big three for me are reducing stress, inflammation and self-limiting thoughts. I was diagnosed with MS in 2001 and have lived episode free for 15 years! Lately I am feeling my worst (rough two years) and have just found Crazy Sexy You. I’d love to go Vegan for good. Get in touch with the real, authentic me. And be open and clear to know what I’m here to contribute over the next 40 years. Resolved and ready!
Kris Carr! in a Truck!….Seeexy! Looking good girl, best wishes always…Jim& Jeri LaMarca Avila Beach CA
