My favorite pantry item would have to be almond butter. Like you mentioned in your post I too like to add into smoothies and sandwiches and I also like to put it on fruits and vegetables too. Yum! Also wanted to say thanks for this wonderful giveaway! You are such an inspiration! 🙂

Hemp hearts! It’s so versatile.
It goes with Japanese food, Italian food etc. sweet or savoury, almost anything! I cannot go without.
Quinoa hemp hearts inarisushi with Spirulina is great.
Organic flour for the bread that I bake for my fiancé!
I cannot live without frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, or quinoa – I eat these staples pretty often (not at the same time!!)
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!!! It has so many amazing uses! I always have a few bottles in reserve. 🙂
Between my husband and I plus the two dogs, we go thru coconut oil like crazy (and we all have the shiny coats to prove it)!
I can’t live without medjool dates! They allow me to have a sweet treat and without them I would make some unhealthy choices!
I always have a jar of Coconut Manna/ coconut butter on hand. Great for cooking, for addition to sauces and for baking.
Picking just one is hard! Local honey. Great tasting helps with my allergies.
Hemp seeds!!!
I cannot live without my Nutiva brand coconut oil! Smells divine and texture is like silk. It goes in smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, and coffee! Love putting it on my skin and hair as well. It’s the golden product!
I can’t live with out my chocolate almond butter. This way when I do get that I have to have some chocolate I don’t feel guilty about it.
