I cant live without my Organic Virgin Coconut Oil!!! I use it for everything!!! I moisterize, I oil pull, I cook with it and I make tooth paste and I cant get enough of it. I have noticed such amazing benefits from using coconut oil 🙂
I can’t live without almond milk or almond butter in my pantry!
Can’t live without coconut oil and apple cider vinegar! Have both at my office as well as at home.

Cannot live without gluten free bread crumbs! Oh, and coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, hemp seeds, almond and coconut flour, and on and on and on….
Sunflower Seed Butter! Soooo good in smoothies, on rice cakes, on fruit, on celery, in creamy salad dressings, or on a spoon. It’s a good alternative when you don’t want to over do it on the nuts (with nut butter). YUM! Once Again makes an organic UNSWEETENED version in a glass jar. Heaven. 🙂

Hi Kris! I love all your suggestion (always)! A few things I can’t live without: Natural Calm magnesium drink, Apple Cider Vinegar, Aloe Vera Juice, probiotics (I like Jarrow), Organic virgin coconut oil , and my Elta MD spf 46 face moisturizer/sunblock.

Almond butter…yummy!!!
I try to stay stocked up on coconut butter. I discovered it when my mom called and asked me to come with her to the health foods store to find it. I assumed that it would be like coconut oil, but NOT SO! I use it in everything– spread it on toast, substitute it in baking, stir it into my coffee. Love this stuff!
I forgot to also mention that I can’t live without Almond Milk!!! Delicious and nutrious and you can use it for so many things! 🙂

My favorite produce will be coconut oil, as I use it not just in food but for my skin and hair.
Every day I eat some sort of nut butter. I could not live without it!!
