- Goji Berries: These little suckers add a powerful antioxidant boost to your trail mix and they’re also a great dessert topper.
- Chia Seeds: Have you tried chia pudding? If not, you’re in for a treat! You can even use these omega-3-filled seeds as an egg substitute for your vegan baked recipes. Woot!
- Hemp Seeds: Sprinkle these special guys on top of your salad for an extra punch of protein. Add them to your smoothies and you’ve got a hearty breakfast or lunch, chock full of vitamins and minerals.

I can’t live without coconut oil, I cook with it, use it for hair masks, as skin “lotion”, for therapeutic uses, to take off my makeup, for oil pulling and so much more! Its so versatile ❤️

Maple syrup for me!
Hooray for tamari!! It seasons my steamed veggies and soups and doesn’t bloat me like regular soy sauce does.
Balsamic vinegar, beans, canned tomatoes are some of my pantry staples.
I am a great fan of Coconut oil. It is as versatile as people say and, it does wonders for the skin. I’ve told everyone who’ll listen about it.
