I don’t think I have one favourite pantry item, but if I had to pick one it would have to be my hemp seeds. I put those things everywhere, in my smoothies, on my salads, in with my mix of nuts and seeds and I also eats them out of my hand. I love them.
It’s a tie – hemp hearts & chia seeds! Hemp hearts mainly go on my popcorn and the Chia in my morning green smoothies! I’ve just recently subscribed to Thrive, so this prize would be rockstar fabulous!!!

Coconut oil for sure! I use it to make my own deodorant, toothpaste, lotion and with it’s high smoke point, it’s so great to use for baking vegan yummies and sautéing lots of veggies!

Wow, it is hard to choose just one. I would have to say almonds( I like to make cacao dehydrated almonds), but I also love my oatmeal.
