Gluten free oats…it’s my carb fix and can be made so many different ways in the morning. I use almond milk instead of water and add fruit, almond butter, coconut milk, whatever. Thank you!
Bananas. I can’t live without ’em. Great for morning and aftenoon fuel, smoothies, and best of all – vegan banana ice cream!

I cannot or really would not want to live without my sprouting seeds/beans/grains..The living foods I grow easily in my home provide so many live nutrients, and give me that zing zing energy 🙂
At the moment, my fave is organic coconut oil. Cook with it, yummy on rice, cooked veggies and a touch in my cup of coffee!

Virgin coconut oil-I practice oil pulling, it’s a beauty treatment, and it’s great for cooking!
Almond butter! My husband and I go through it like crazy. Luckily the little health food store in our small town makes their own by grinding raw almonds, so we have easy access to fresh almond butter–no stirring required!

my pantry essential is nutritional yeast! great vegan source of protein and b vitamins and also makes everything taste cheesy and delicious. my favorite is putting it on top of avocado and half a rice cake for a quick, filling snack on the go!

Walnuts and oatmeal!
My favorite pantry item would have to be coconut oil. I use it for cooking, for my face, hair, baking, etc. and even used it for diaper rashes back in the day with my little one. Its so versatile and one jar lasts forever.
Love my organic coconut oil, ACV, honey, rice, quinoa, pink Himalayan salt, and curry. There’s always chocolate to be found too!
I can’t live without my chia seeds! I use them almost everyday for jam, overnight oats, smoothies and so many other delicious concoctions.
