Fresh ginger and chia seeds!
Peanut Butter! My partner & I use peanut butter in sandwiches, smoothies, and more. Definitely a staple for us.
Make room on the coconut oil train! Couldn’t live a day without it – just slather me up, inside and out! 🙂

I cannot be without brown rice…it just tastes so much better than white rice! And my body likes it better too!
Organic virgin coconut oil. Tbsp in my protein smoothie, lubricant for my pots and pans when cooking, skincare, hair conditioner, on my feet at night to keep them soft, cuticle conditioner, soak up water stains on furniture. It’s amazing!
Legumes!
Coconut oil, hemp seeds, goji berries, spirulina… oh, you said just one….hmmm…I put all these in my juice every morning!!!

We use quinoa a lot! A couple of family favorite dishes are Mexican quinoa casserole and a herbed quinoa pilaf that goes with just about anything.
I can’t live without Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour because I am a die-hard baker that follows a low carb diet!

SO many things I cannot live without and it takes me sometimes traveling to 3 stores to shop over the weekend. It’s crazy! But in our house, we cannot live without organic potatoes, organic brown rice and almond butter. This is an awesome giveaway, what a blessing for anyone who wins!!
I’ve always got protein powder in my pantry! Plant Fusion Vanilla is my go-to. Add it to smoothies for a breakfast boost or mix it with some apple juice for a post-workout recovery!
