Coconut oil-I vary with 4 different brands. It all depends on where I am shopping at at the time I am ready to make my next purchase.
I LOVE Nuttzo nut butters! I use it on an apple or banana or in oatmeal. SO yummy!
Apple Cider Vinegar!
I cant’ live without…Bragg’s apple cider vinegar diluted with a smidgen of water! Gets me off to a great start each morning!
I can’t go without raw cashews and other nuts! You can make a plethora of foods with them.
Cacao nibs! I mix them with raisins and eat them by the handful. It’s like the lazy healthy version of raisinets.

Coconut oil!
Lentils of all kinds and sunflower seed butter are two of my favorite protein sources to keep on hand.
Always is my pantry: seeds! Flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, chia, hemp!
