Always organic virgin cold-pressed coconut oil but to stray from the obvious, one of my favorites is anything dry! Powdered coconut milk, powdered hemp & flax , beans, & especially clay 🙂 cheers to using our choices for Good!!

Something we eat a LOT of in our house is coconut oil. I eat it, bathe in it, rub it on my body–it’s essential!!

Love nut butters…peanut, almond, tahini. Great for breakfast or a snack, and adds a boost to smoothies and oatmeal.
My MUST HAVE pantry item is coconut oil. I make sure to never run out of this stuff. I not only use it for cooking and health purposes, but also as a beauty product. I oil pull with it, use it as a hair and lash conditioner, use it for fly aways, eye make up remover…the list goes on and on and on! Coconut oil for the win!! <3
