I could not live without Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil!
It’s my cooking oil of choice and goes into smoothies and I slather it on anything and everything I eat including hemp brownies!
All other skin care products are in the trash and it makes my face as smooth and soft as a baby’s bottom. I brush my teeth with Coconut Oil and the dentist is surprised there’s no more plaque.
I could go on and on, but you get the idea…
So many must have’s for my pantry…..Top five are: Almond milk, ginger root, coconut oil, Dr. Schultz’s super food plus, Braggs Apple cider vinegar 😉

I can’t live without my chia seeds!
My favorite pantry item has to be chia seeds!!!! They are lovely and crunchy dry! Fantastically filling when soaked! Chock full of fatty acids and fibre, and my daughter LOVES them!!!!

I like using coconut oil. Little bit goes long way. I am just learning and slowly stocking my staples. Question- does the almond butter taste like peanut? I don’t like PB unless i am making PB cookies.
