My latest greatest is Coconut Manna! Just coconut ground up in a jar!! Nothing added! I mix it w almond butter and with a little teaspoon of honey for pure bliss on a Mary’s Gone cracker ( since my name is Mary and I love being a little “crackers”!

Tamari! I cannot live without it! I eat so many veggies and being from the south sometimes I just crave comfort food. Tamari over rice with a side of fresh okra and tomatoes is like I’m back at grandmas-minus the roast beef 🙂
My favorite pantry item is organic unrefined apple cider vinegar. 🙂
My fav all around go to pantry item is organic brown basmati rice.

I cannot live without my almond butter! It’s so versatile and keeps me full. I use it in smoothies, oatmeal and I love it with a banana or apple with some cinnamon on top. Sometimes I just eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon.
Wow. Sign me up!!! Thrive Market, here I come. I can’t live without a number of these items, but I guess if forced to choose one I would pick the coconut oil. It is incredibly versatile and can be added to both sweet and savory recipes. So delicious and beautifying. Doesn’t get any better!

I can’t live without almond butter and apple cider vinegar, I use the vinegar everyday in my water for working out
With 6 kids we have a few essentials….coconut oil, almond and peanut butter, all fruit organic jelly, ezekiel bread, honey, organic flour, frozen berries and honey or maple syrup!
I cannot go without raw cashews for cashew cream and nutritional yeast – “nooch”!
