I’m a joyful homebody. So even though I love food, cooking and hanging out in the kitchen, I don’t love going to the grocery store. I cannot live without organic almond butter and organic raw coconut oil. I love both for smoothies and I can eat almond butter with just about anything. Slice a green apple and layer some almond butter on it with some raw cacao nibs or raw granola. Yum! I use coconut oil not only for cooking with but for skin and haircare too. I can’t live without some dried and canned beans in my pantry. Beans are a base for so many quick meals, be they salads, soups, or tacos!

I never am without Organic Bananas and Orgainic Raw Honey infused with some Organic herb like Lavender, or Spearmint or even Rose Petals.! YUM
The one thing can’t live without? TAHINI!!!! it’s good with sweet things (like one top of nana ice cream) or savory like roasted veggies. Mix in a sauce for dipping, this stuff is amazing.
The one item I could not live without would be coconut oil , I use it at least a couple a times a day for many things from in kitchen cooking to cleaning and for my new baby girl . Would love to win these items as I am now a stay at home new mommy and my budget is tight now a days

My favorite, must-have item is coconut oil. Not only do I use it for cooking, but I also use it to moisturize my hair 🙂
Chia seeds. I use chia seeds with everything!! They are amazing! Easy way to get fantastic vitamins and omegas!
One of my favorite pantry products would be extra virgin olive oil. I use it almost daily in a variety of ways.
One item! That’s hard! GF oats- oh no, dates, oh maybe it’s coconut milk….you got my top 3!
