i use it on toast,in smoothies,as a spoon-able snack AND to flavour my asian stir fry’s!
My favorite pantry item: SUNDRIED TOMATOES (in the jar)
Even if the fridge and the cabinets are kinda bare, if I have 1/2 an onion, pasta of any shape or 1/4 cup of rice, some olive oil and some seasonings, I’ve got a quick, tasty meal. Also helpful if a hungry friend drops by unexpectedly. They always leave happy!
We love raw nuts of any kind
The pantry item I can’t live without is coconut milk. I use it as a base for quick Asian meals, soups, and baking!
Flaxmeal–I put in on and in so many things!
oh, and definitely Coconut Milk–i drink it everyday and use it for smoothies, cook with it, etc…

Oh, coconut oil for sure! I bake with it, saute with it, put it in recipes, put it on my skin. It’s decadent and healthy and I would be oh so sad to ever see it go. 🙂

My can’t live without pantry item is coconut butter. I love to cut up a bowl of fresh fruit and drizzle it on top.
Santa Cruz organic crunchy peanut butter I use it on apples, celery and in my smoothies!
Thrive market sounds. Amazing. I have many pantry items I cannot live Without. Apple cider vinegar for salad dressings , chia seeds, and sunflower butter are a few of my favorites.
Raspberry vinegar. Great in salads!!
