I’m a joyful homebody. So even though I love food, cooking and hanging out in the kitchen, I don’t love going to the grocery store. When it comes to produce, we usually shop a couple times a week (although because it’s garden season, I just stroll over to my veggie patch—woo-hoo!). For household and kitchen staples, I try to think ahead and get ‘er done, stocking up with enough toilet paper and hand soap to fill a bunker—it’s kinda like I’m prepping for the next Snowmageddon… in July!

- Goji Berries: These little suckers add a powerful antioxidant boost to your trail mix and they’re also a great dessert topper.
- Chia Seeds: Have you tried chia pudding? If not, you’re in for a treat! You can even use these omega-3-filled seeds as an egg substitute for your vegan baked recipes. Woot!
- Hemp Seeds: Sprinkle these special guys on top of your salad for an extra punch of protein. Add them to your smoothies and you’ve got a hearty breakfast or lunch, chock full of vitamins and minerals.

Hard to decide which is my favorite but I always have at least 2-3 kinds of healthy, tasty salt. Current favorite: is Celtic Sea Salt (the Light Grey Celtic). It’s smoky, crunchy and delicious. Perfect on hot food or salads.

I cannot live without coconut oil. It goes in my food and on my skin!
I always have sesame seeds and sunflower seed,both are excellent in salads.
My favorite pantry staple is BRAGG , Apple Cider Vinegar. I have atleast 1 tablespoon a day!

I cannot live without my organic virgin coconut oil. During my pregnancy I used it all over to moisturize my skin and I continue to use it now to remove make up, moisturize skin, and cook! It is truly amazing.
A must in my pantry are rolled oats
Brown rice, quinoa and beans.
Chia Seeds!!! I prefer the ground chia seeds, and I use them in my morning smoothies. Lately I’ve been making almond milk / banana / spinach / blueberry / chia seed smoothies – sooo delicious!!!
Almonds are the staple my family can’t live without!
I think my favorite items in my pantry would be my organic lavendar flowers and organic chamomile flowers that use for making my nightly sleepy tea for me and my daughter! I also have peppermint, lemon balm, Rosemary and alfalfa which are good for tea as well … but my go to is the sleepy tea!!!
Love my organic peanut butter powder. Add it to protein shakes or just add water and makes a delicious dip for granny smith apple slices.
My pantry staple is nutritional yeast! I put it in everything!
I like my spice rack, whether is cinnamon on my oatmeal or curry, my epicure blends, love my herbs and spices every meal , makes my every dish delish. 🙂
I must have poppy seeds!
Our pantry is never without wheat that I grind into flour for the bread I make.
