I’m a joyful homebody. So even though I love food, cooking and hanging out in the kitchen, I don’t love going to the grocery store. When it comes to produce, we usually shop a couple times a week (although because it’s garden season, I just stroll over to my veggie patch—woo-hoo!). - Goji Berries: These little suckers add a powerful antioxidant boost to your trail mix and they’re also a great dessert topper.
- Chia Seeds: Have you tried chia pudding? If not, you’re in for a treat! You can even use these omega-3-filled seeds as an egg substitute for your vegan baked recipes. Woot!
- Hemp Seeds: Sprinkle these special guys on top of your salad for an extra punch of protein. Add them to your smoothies and you’ve got a hearty breakfast or lunch, chock full of vitamins and minerals.

Goji berries and Almond Butter, Yum!
The pantry item I can’t live without is Navitas Raw Cacao powder
OOOh, so many pantry staples it is hard to pick just one! I think organic brown rice wins because it so easily becomes the foundation of any meal.
I can’t live without black beans in my pantry. I use them in black bean burgers, salads, tacos, quesadillas and more!
One of our favorite pantry items that we use on a regular basis is organic quinoa, or sprouted brown rice. We can put it with so many dishes, and it adds a certain ‘full-ness’ to the meal.
Chia, dates and coconut milk. Definitely essentials.
Local, raw honey for sure! Or maybe brown rice.
There are so many, but I just can’t live with out nutritional yeast and coconut sugar! Yummy additions to just about any meal!
Raw Almonds!
I cannot do without coconut… all types: coconut milk, coconut flakes, coconut oil!!! Love it.
Far and away, Coconut oil. It’s something I’m always sure to have lots of on hand!
My “can’t live without” item? Coconut Oil — I use it for cooking as well as for skin care.
Coconut oil is the best! I use it for cooking, and my skin/hair too!
Love almond butter!
I love my coconut oil! It’s food, a moisturizer, shave cream and a make up remover. You can’t ask for much more!
I have to have organic flour, local honey, and short grain brown rice. I love to bake and I’m lucky enough to have a flour mill nearby to provide fresh, locally grown flour.
Almond butter, my must have!
Quinoa!
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil- goes great in and ON everything!
My pantry staple is raw almonds – Love adding them to oatmeal, smoothies and making my own almond milk.
Coconut oil is a close second. 🙂
