I’m always stocked up on Cashew Butter and apples! They’re a staple in my house, and eating them together is one of my favorite snacks!
Love using coconut oil for so many things from skin to my favorite dishes!
Mine would have to be nuts: walnuts, cashews, pistachios, hazel, to name just a few. They have protein and minerals that we absolutely need in out diet. They are great as snacks, but also added to salads, hot breakfast, deserts.
My must haves are rice and beans.
My favorite pantry item is coconut oil! I use it to cook veggies and vegan chicken strips and sometimes put it in smoothies. it has such a rich taste that I only need to use a little, and I feel satisfied with whatever I’m eating.

We can’t live without a nut butter of some kind. Whether is almond, sunflower seed, or tahini, we use it mainly for smoothies, stir fries, rice cakes and toast.
There are so many items, but I’d say almond butter because it’s so versatile. I use it in smoothies, oatmeal, on sandwiches, with slices apples…the list is endless!
