My allergies are not a terrible thing, they are a gift. How so you may ask. I am more sensitive to GMO’s so I eat Non-GMO, I eat organic. What’s wrong with that. So I don’t eat wheat – I eat Quinoa , no problem here. Ok so I do not steal milk that belongs to her baby, I get mine from an Almond. So I do avocado in my smoothie’s instead of banana’s, works out the same. If I could just figure out the walnut and the brain!!! Kris thank you for your crazy great recipes!!
My fave pantry item has to be organic coconut oil. I use it for everything from sautéing fresh summer squash (omg… So good I eat it like candy) to an eye make-up remover and even hair conditioner! I cannot live without this staple in my pantry.
I use coconut oil for all sorts of things like cooking, baking, and mixing with my essential oils for body applications! Best stuff in the world! A close second would be almond butter as well, I love almonds…

I adore high quality dark dark chocolate. From baking to craving busting, this is my staple!
Agree it can be hard to name on item…but I would say raw honey. Just so many good uses and healthful at the same time.
Coconut Oil!!
I definitely can’t live without my King Arthur AP flour. I make homemade pizza every Friday night!
My favorite item right now is ACV. I have it every morning with a little manuka honey and cinnamon to help with arthritis.
I can’t live with out honey! All natural honey is perfect with Greek yogurt and tea!!
Ground flax seeds in my freezer are handy for adding to smoothies, baking in place of eggs, , adding to oatmeal, etc
Love my coconut oil!
My fav pantry item has to be virgin coconut oil. Love cooking with it, but I also use it on my skin. It gets the versatility/mltitasking award!
