I can’t live without canned beans! I use them in so many recipes and can piece together a delicious and filling meal as long as I have some beans in the cupboard.
My staples are coconut oil, quinoa, chia seeds, hemp seeds and my personal fave maca…put that stuff in everything!
Almonds! I roast them and take them everywhere!

I am all about chia seeds! They are such a simple way to up the nutrition factor in so many meals. I also love having rooibos and ginger teas on hand!
